You have the choice of a standard bill for patients who pay cash or check. You also have the choice of the CMS 1500/HCFA Form.

No. Therapy Office does it for you. The patient information such as name, CPT/ICD9 session codes and the session charge are automatically transferred into the appropriate fields onto the form. The therapist can send this electronically or print out the form.

Yes. Therapy Office makes it easy to record charges and payments. You can record payment method, payment type, check-credit card information and amount. The balance between charges and payments is always automatically calculated for each patient. Payments can easily be reviewed on the history screen which stores the details of every charge and payment. They’re all displayed chronologically on a history screen.
